Eco Village Cloughjordan

Our first project in the Eco Village on site no. 91 commenced August 2009. It consisted a two story gabled house with lower level out-shot.

The construction consisted of our prefabricated timber frame encased with 300mm of HemeCrete.

Our engineered timber frame stud-work was sheeted internally with 9mm RESISTANT Multi-Pro, which also served as the finished internal lining board to which a skim coat will be applied. In two days our experienced team of fitters had erected all ground floor walls, intermediate floor ( prefabricated floor panels) and upper walls, at this stage the house was ready for first fix electrical and plumbing which was completed before pouring of HemeCrete. Our fitters then returned and completed erection of roof structure which consisted of trusses , HUNTON BITROC roof sarking, batten and counter batten.
